In recent years, there has been acknowledgment that most of European countries are countries of immigration. It means taking multicultural diversity as a given, integrate the culture of immigrants and take account of the cultural needs of people and their backgrounds. The aim of this project is to develop the mutual knowledge of the culture of the sharing partners in order to avoid hate and fear of strangers. The pupils will find ways to bridge the cultural differences. We want pupils to realize that despite cultural differences and different ethnic origin all human beings basically have the same thoughts and wishes for the future. They will also use these ways to learn about the other cultures and the life of young people with their cultural backgrounds. At the same time they reflect on their own culture in order to present it to their partners.
